Adults Learn to Record with Logic Pro

This four-week course introduces adult students to the fundamentals of Logic Pro, as well as sound-engineering techniques that can be applied to any number of musical contexts. Learn how to record both live and virtual instruments, when and how to use standard tools such as EQ & compression, and how to use effects and automation to turn musical ideas into unique productions. Students will create an original song or sound piece and apply basic mixing and mastering techniques to create a more professional, or “radio-ready” sound. Students must have access to Logic Pro (or similar software).

Jump right in with our Recording 101 class and learn all the skills you need to produce music from your home, using free, online software. In this four-week class we will use pre-recorded loops, virtual and real instruments, and cool effects to make whatever kind of music you’d like – electronic, rock, songwriter, etc. No music-writing or recording experience necessary..
Piano Basics for Kids Ages 8-11

Get started playing the piano in this introductory virtual class! Learn the fundamental hand positions and fingerings, as well as some simple songs. Students will become familiar with the keyboard and some basic musical concepts through fun games and exercises, and will provide a smooth transition to further study.
